Zdena completed a Master's degree in International Business and Development at the University of London. She is a qualified handwriting analyst at the British Academy of Graphology. Having earned a Certificate in Life Coaching from the University of Cambridge, Zdena has further developed practical ability in the skills of coaching.

Previously an academic director for an international language and soft skills training institute in Kuwait, Zdena has extensive experience in designing and delivering training courses to private individuals and companies. She also has UK-based experience in the corporate sector.
